Fair Hiring Network examines developer evidence across code and contest profiles, checks résumé claims, and produces portable signed credentials. The goal is to make the evidence behind a hiring decision inspectable.

INSIDE THE BUILD
Specialised agents examine different sources of developer evidence.
Fraud checks flag hidden text and prompt-injection attempts.
Flagged cases can be escalated for human review.
Ed25519 signatures make an issued credential verifiable and tamper-evident.
A signature establishes who issued a credential. The quality of the evidence still matters.
THE TRADE-OFFS
External platforms can change or rate-limit access. Qualitative model scoring is variable, and removing demographic fields alone does not establish that a hiring process is unbiased.
